This notice covers the CosmaBot marketing waitlist on cosmas.ai, operated by Cosmaneura Inc, a Delaware corporation headquartered in New Hampshire. It does not cover a clinical product account or patient records. Please do not submit patient information.
What we collect
The signup form requests your email address, optional role and practice size, and agreement to receive CosmaBot early-access and launch emails. We record request and confirmation times, the consent notice version, and a limited source category such as a referral from cosmaneura.com.
Cloudflare processes connection and security information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and provide Turnstile spam protection. Our application uses an hourly keyed value derived from an IP address to limit abuse; it does not store the raw IP in the waitlist database. Cloudflare may process security and network logs under its own service terms.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm your email, maintain the waitlist, send the updates you requested, understand interest in practice sizes and roles, and prevent abuse. A submitted address is not enrolled until confirmed. Joining does not create a clinical account or guarantee early access.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, provides Turnstile protection, and stores waitlist records in a separate Cloudflare D1 database. Resend processes your email address and message content to deliver confirmation and update emails, and reports delivery failures or complaints. Messages sent to updates@cosmas.ai are intended to forward to john@cosmaneura.com. Replies to automated messages go directly to john@cosmaneura.com.
We do not sell waitlist information. This site has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Turnstile and hosting security mechanisms are used for abuse prevention, not advertising. We do not load clinical account content into the waitlist.
Retention and unsubscribe
Unconfirmed signup records and email delivery records are removed after 30 days. Hourly abuse counters expire and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Confirmed contact records are retained while the waitlist and requested updates remain relevant; we review their continued need at least annually.
You can unsubscribe using a link in an email or by contacting us. After an unsubscribe, delivery complaint, or matched delivery failure, we remove the address and optional profile fields from the active contact record. We retain a keyed suppression value and related status so that another form submission does not restart email to that address. If you want to rejoin after unsubscribing, contact us.
Your choices and contact
Contact john@cosmaneura.com to ask about your waitlist information, correct it, request deletion, or stop updates. To process a request securely, we may need to verify control of the email address. Avoid including sensitive patient or clinical details in your message.
Service providers may process information in countries where they operate. We will update this notice if the waitlist’s purposes or providers change. Material changes affecting your email choices will be communicated where appropriate.
